What are the weight and size restrictions for heavy equipment displays?
There are no size or weight restrictions as long as the machinery fits the specs of the booth space.
Are there specific safety regulations or permits required for operating heavy machinery on the show floor?
Most booths are considered static spaces unless otherwise indicated due to safety reasons. Please contact show management if you have specific concerns.
Can I bring my own rigging and lifting equipment for my heavy machinery display?
The show hires professional lifting and rigging specialists to move any display products to the booth spaces.
How is machinery transportation and setup coordinated within the exhibition hall?
Show Management will provide a detailed move-in schedule and will be present on show site to facilitate move-in. The team will also ensure the appropriate material handling equipment is available to exhibitors.
What support and logistics services are available for moving and positioning large equipment?
Show management will have material handling equipment and operators ready to move large displays into position.
How can I secure my equipment overnight and prevent theft or unauthorized use?
There will be security present at the venue from the moment the first machine is brought in until the end of the move-out period. However, exhibitors are encouraged to take extra theft prevention measures overnight or when the booth is vacant such as covering product, packing away small items or bringing expensive equipment home at the end of the day. Master Promotions and Marketplace Events are not liable for any stolen goods.
What security measures are in place during and after exhibition hours?
Security guards will be on 24-hour duty from the start of move-in until the end of move-out. Exhibitors are required to maintain staff within their booth during all show hours. To minimize the risk of theft, we suggest you keep your booth staffed until the aisles have been cleared of all attendees at the end of show days.
Exhibitors are reminded that Show Management does not assume any responsibility for losses; therefore,
exhibitors should take all reasonable precautions to protect their own property, including insurance. Show Management is not responsible for the loss of any item from an exhibitor’s booth, nor is the facility.
Is there a designated area for demonstrating the operation of heavy machinery?
There are currently no opportunities for live demonstrations of equipment.
Can I bring my own booth display, or do I need to rent from the event?
Exhibitors can choose to either bring their own booth supplies and set-up materials (most popular), or contract Stronco for this aspect of exhibiting.
Are there restrictions on giveaways or promotions at my booth?
Exhibitors are invited to giveaway and promote whatever they please inside of their booth space. There is to be absolutely no soliciting outside of their designated booth area. Show management reserves the right to dismiss any exhibitors who violate this rule.
Is there a designated area for exhibitor parking and move-in/move-out?
Yes - please check the exhibitor manual for details and where to park when you arrive. Location may vary depending on booth space.
What are the rules for food and beverage service at my booth?
Visitors must contact the building to plan for food and beverage service. There will also be concessions available onsite during show hours.

Is insurance mandatory?
Yes a 2,000,000 dollar liability insurance is required. This can be done by requesting a certificate of insurance from your insurance company and have Marketplace Events added for the dates of the show. (Including move-in AND move-out dates) Or - exhibitors may also purchase insurance from our provider.
